Job Description:

  • The job holder will take responsibility for overall management and delivery of the Company’s invoicing process, tax declaration and payment, compliance plans in accordance with group policies and taxation regulations
  • Work with finance team, respective departments and regional tax team to ensure tax reporting, filing and accounting compliance;
  • Monitor tax activities and uncertain tax position, and manages audit risk
  • In charge of monthly Carriers’ WHT reporting for and on behalf of 4 principals (CMA, CNC, ANL, APL)
  • In charge of quarterly Freight Tax and year end Freight tax finalization
  • Submit DTA notice & dossier to tax authorities in accordance to taxation administrative procedure
  • Update regional finance tax regulations in terms of impact on business operations and financial reporting
  • Tax liabilities & expenses are transparently and accurately recorded & reconciled against the tax declaration & finalization;
  • Keep good relationship with tax authorities and build up good tax public relation image for the company;
  • Monthend Tax accounts closing or quarterly tax or regulatory filings;
  • Works on special projects, if requested; assist with yearly audit preparation and oversee accounting procedures, internal controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing), and database management;
  • Randomly audit work flow to assure that all accounting transactions are appropriately authorized;
  • Support Invoicing team to ensure the compliance
  • Take part in promote a helpful team environment in the department.

Job Requirement:

  • 5 years in accounting and finance profession
  • Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations: Law, Ordinance, Resolution, Decree, Decision, Directive, Circular, Official Letter
  • Drafting official letters related to tax regulation
  • Knowledge of law and commerce
  • Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting as a plus
  • Able to communicate with all staff levels
  • People management, holding team’s accountability, coaching skill, building effective team
  • Analytical skill, Interpersonal skill, Positive toward changes, Proactive, Dynamic, Able to work independently, Problem solving skill
  • Good communication in English
  • Skill at Microsoft Offices and accounting software
