Working Location: HCMC/ La Nga   



Main purpose:

  • Total Reward Manager originates and leads policy practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
  • The Total Reward Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Head of HRA/ Operations Director and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.     


  • Managing payroll issues, controlling working & over time hours, and maintaining employee records
  • Manage Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Accident Insurance for all employees.
  • Examine worker’s grievances and try to help settle disagreements between labour and management by actively making proposals to management board
  • Prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
  • Develop the strategic framework of total reward to achieve the company’s attraction, motivation and retention strategy
  • Liaise with managers to implement compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy
  • Set up and update company regulations and follow up that employees observe those regulations.

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
  • Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
  • Global and cultural awareness
  • Experience of health and safety standards and compliance
  • Solid Computer skills
  • More than 5 years in relevant position, C&B and Total Rewards
  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Fluent English & native Vietnamese
