  • Recruitment:
    - Develop and update personnel system and strategy
    - Manage recruiting process performed by staff: Post jobs, screen CVs, arrange interview schedule, interview candidates
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    - Manage the system of documents related to human resources: personnel records, labor contracts, adjustment decisions, appointment, salary review, performance bonus...
    - Create compensation and benefits package, establish salary ranges
    - Develop and adjust labor regulations annually to fit the practical needs of the Organization;
    - Handle employee relations issues
    - Give advice to General Director
  • Manage department’s budget;
  • Supervise other departments carrying out their working process following organization’s regulations.
  • Manage standard service contracts
  • Work with agencies, departments, inspection teams;
  • Work with book vendors and publishers, printing vendors.
  • Manage assets, supervise the maintenance of organization’s equipment.


  • University Degree, Preferred with FTU, Majored in HR Management, Business Administration, Law…),
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the same positions or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of Business Law, Labor Law, Social Insurance…
  • Good Planning and Leadership skills
  • Proficient English (Toeic 600, IELTS 5.5)
  • Flexible, tactful, good presenting and communicating skills.
  • Honest and enthusiastic.
