Job description

Reports to: Country Manager. He will also interact with clerks

 

Purpose:

Implement and control welfare, safety plans and act  as liaison between employees and insurance providers,  also  elaborate  daily inspection and conduct checks on all work activities in the workplace and rectify all hazards spotted.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote company safety, health and environment policy and Integrated Management System (IMS) policy to the workforce.
  • Administrate health and welfare plans including enrollments, changes and terminations.
  • Leading in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risk
  • Perform required documentation through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Elaborate audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
  • May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.

Requirements:

- Skills & Experience

  • At least 4 Years experiences.
  • Degree Level (Graduated): Engineer our Business Administration
  • Must be 100% bilingual (English-Vietnamese).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
  • High teamwork ability.
  • High knowledge of laws according to health, safety and environment.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
