Job description

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Respond to senior management level for all GI business segments (Except Transco) in North Vietnam

Responsibilities:

  • Develops a business plan/sales plan & Pipeline for GF, APAF & Home appliance segment in North VN to meet the existing targets & needs for sustainable profitable growth.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of Sales Rep.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, sales  forecast and activity reports submitted by Sales Rep
  • Controls  expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
  • Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales Rep to build motivation and selling skills.
  • Maintains contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Co-ordinate with technical team to develop a new paint technology & product platform to meet market & customer requirement
  • Co-ordinate with other departments for all cost saving projects

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management in coating business
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Good in writing, communication in English
