Job description

 

Purposes:

  • Support the development, delivery and ongoing evaluation of people development programmes
  • Coordinate and administrate L&D plans for stores and office.
  • Deliver projects to support L&D initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Implement People Development Programmes
  • Support the process of capturing and verifying training needs for the company.
  • Manage and organize training programmes/activities and administer training logistics
  • Assist the Country HR in formulating the annual training plan and training budget
  • Support the Country HR in the implementation of initiatives for Global and Local teams
  • Work closely with HR (both local and global) and business partners in implementing people development programmes
  • Support HR business partners in the implementation of global initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across HR teams to ensure that programmes and resources are leveraged effectively across H&M
  • Assist in managing and conducting training projects to enhance employees’ competence and productivity
  • Training Programme Design, Delivery and Evaluation
  • Work with key stakeholders with the Global team to identify suitable training solutions
  • Assist in designing, developing and delivery of L&D programmes and/or development tools according to global guidelines
  • Support the delivery of Core H&M Training Programmes
  • Source and select external training consultants as appropriate
  • Drive all aspects of L&D projects including designing content and implementation
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and application of L&D programmes and compile relevant analysis reports
  • Faciliate Orientation Programmes for new employees
  • Prepare training materials and ensure that training resources are up to date
  • Provide Training Administrative Work
  • Administrate and maintain LMS system
  • Maintain training enrolments, attendance and records, and generate reports utilizing LMS, MS Excel and MS Word
  • Provide administrative activities such as training reports from LMS and train others in LMS as requested
  • Support daily L&D administrative tasks covering training arrangements, logistics and materials
  • Support the Country HR Manager in monitoring KPIs and planning and tracking the budgets
  • Assist with ad hoc L&D projects

Requirements:

  • You are flexible in terms of travel (sometimes every week)
  • You are result oriented and not afraid of new challenges
  • You should be well familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint are a minimum)
  • Good to have learning and development experience, learning needs analysis, ACTA trained
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
