Roles & Responsibilities:

70% Recruiting Project Management:

  • Manage full process of recruitment activities onsite and offsite including of post jobs, build  the database of qualified candidates according to relevant job requirement, search and screen, select short list of candidates, organize online test, arrange for interview/assessment and negotiate with selected candidates to supply right person in the right position by deadline and follow to corporate guidelines.
  • Communicate with clients’ representative to understand about recruitment needs, identify suitable  candidates through effective job matching, and arrange for interview/ assessment.
  • Participate and implement recruitment plans based on demands of Clients.
  • Minimize time spent with non-core candidates; Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the talents.
  • Discuss, negotiate, warm up candidates about offers and process employment, follow up on-boarding.

25% Sourcing Database Management:

  • Source and attract candidates by using database, social media, websites; Take part in many various activities to broadcast brand name of Company for attracting talents, attend and coordinate career day, job fair…
  • Prepare, post jobs on appropriate channels.
  • Do the candidates and market mapping when requested.
  • Manage, maintain accurate and complete records into database, Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.

5% Others:

  • Support on site & offsite project as needed
  • Coordinate with sourcing team lead & members for all recruitment & sourcing process improvement.
  • Support some other admin tasks assigned by Manager and Supervisors.

 

Qualification Requirement:

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics or related fields 
  • At least three years of professional experience in outsourcing human resources or related services. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.
  • Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payrolls.
  • Professional in Microsoft Office operation.
  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
