Project: Convenience Account HCM
Location: Binh Tan Dist, HCMC - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: VND 12.000.000 - 16.000.000

Job type: Temporary for 6 months

• Contact closely with the supplier about the import documents to ensure that the documents meet the criteria for receipt

• Coordinate with importers to ensure that shipments are received on time

• Calculate the demand for goods at branches to make the goods move accordingly

• Check and conduct the withdrawal in some special cases at the request of the firm

• Check and confirm the invoice of the importer and the company before transferring to the accountant

• Update the report of the estimated sales of goods and make orders as required by the Commodity Surveillance

• Report to the company all unusual cases such as damaged goods, expired goods, lost / missing goods

• Checking and certifying transaction fees related to the receipt of imported goods lots

• Collaborate with relevant departments to deal with consignment issues

• Reserve inventory for hospital orders

• Make inventory reports for the accountant and for the client

• Provide logistics services for client and for internal


• University graduation

• Communicate well in groups and outside

• Ability to communicate in English, especially the ability to read and write

• Be patient, careful and accurate

• Perseverance and diligence

• Experience in SAP system is required
