Sales Lead (Academic Advisor)

1/ Sales

  • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes for US, UK university
  • admissions consulting, middle school consulting, and tours
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge
  • Presenting, promoting and pitching Crimson products as per the company
  • sales process to incoming customers
  • Advising students and families on different study abroad and educational
  • options
  • Identifying and interacting with new leads/customers via phone and email to
  • initiate sales consultations
  • Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional
  • manner
  • Contacting existing clients to inform them about new developments within
  • Crimson’s products (to upsell)
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
  • satisfaction
  • Following up with customer sales journey post-sales to ensure positive
  • experience
  • Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, career, expos, and Crimson seminars
  • Spearheading events and initiatives to drive sales leads
  • Enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels
  • Seeking out potential organisations and markets for lead generation partnerships
  • Attending industry and company events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trends

2/ Sales Administration

  • Ensuring all sales data is diligently and accurately managed within Crimson’s
  • Client Relations Management (CRM) system: Salesforce
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure
  • timely accounts receivables
  • Educating the Global Sales Team on local market nuances in the education space
  • Quantitatively monitoring sales conversion rates closely with lead numbers and quality – consistently keeping track of lead number, conversion to Marketing-qualified leads, conversion to Sales-qualified leads, conversion to close on different lead channels
  • Responding appropriately to changes in the market to ensure sales are always made


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Candidate with a top 30 school Bachelor’s Degree in the US or UK is encouraged to apply.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good judgement and professional maturity.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales/Educational Sales, professional services like management consulting.
  • Excellent quantitative skills.
  • Full-Time position. Must be able to start as soon as possible.
  • Working Hours: 10am - 7pm, Mon – Fri, weekends when necessary.
