- Participate in and support six sigma, lean and continuous improvement initiatives

- Implements systems to meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports

- Supporting Health & Safety activities of the plant

- Support implementation of DMS and developing of DBS work instructions

- Support ISO 14001

- Support Training Execution

- Complies and support corporate internal control policies and procedures at all times.

2. Support the Customer

- Ensure customer line is supported at all times.

- Resolve any issues at the customer end in a timely manner.

- To feedback to the plant accurate & timely information on all issues at the customer plant.

- To issue WIR’s to the plant to document and monitor all issues raised.

3. Support all change implementation

- To support SQE to evaluate changes made by supplier and carry out fitment at the customer end.

- To support localization efforts to evaluate changes and carry out fitment test at the customer end.

4. Follow up on Engineering Changes & Permits

- Ensure engineering changes & permits are implemented in accordance to accepted procedures.

- To follow up, monitor and feedback to the plant on ECN & permit implementation.

- Ensure the cut off for changes is done correctly and effectively.

5. Monitor Quality System

- Ensure all rework or reprocessing are monitored closely.

- Ensure effective control of non-conforming products.

- Ensure that material respect is followed at all times.

- Assist in the identification, development and implementation of new work instructions.

6. Control Auditing Documents File

- Ensure that information related with WIR’s and customer complaints are filled up correctly and filed properly.

- Follow up on WIR’s corrective actions and its effectiveness.

7. Problem Solving

- Participate in problem solving teams.

- Follow up and verify on corrective action implementation and its effectiveness.
